At the moment, our personalization options enable you to do custom engraving, select custom birthstones, and add custom images. From the product page, you can pick the birthstones and type the custom text you want, such as a name, number, date, or short message. Then, we will produce the personalized jewelry as your specifications.

If you wish to design a custom picture pendant, just upload the photo of your choice, and we will craft the piece according to your selected photo. On the product detail page, you can also choose the color, size, and type of text font you like.

Yes. If you are not happy with your jewelry, please get in touch with us first, and we will try to make it acceptable to you. If you still want to return or exchange your item, we will charge you a 35% return fee.
