Usage Instructions:

1. Place the white silicone pad into the groove of the grillz for teeth (gold/silver).
2. Soak the grillz along with the silicone in 70–80°C warm water for 15–30 seconds until the silicone softens.
   ⚠️ Caution: Avoid boiling water to prevent damaging the silicone.
3. Insert the grillz into your mouth and bite down gently. The softened silicone will shape itself to your teeth for a custom fit.
4. Repeat the process if needed for better shaping.
5. After use, rinse the grillz with water, air-dry, and store properly.

Tips:
It may feel unusual at first. Wear it 2–3 times to adapt. Remove when eating and maintain oral hygiene.
